HOW IT ALL WORKS...

CLEARLY DEFINE & CREATE...

This is where we sit down with you and your leadership team or whomever may be involved the creation process and begin to clearly define all 5 elements beginning with the vision of your business. 

This process takes on average between 1-3 months with one meeting per week.  I have found that those who have a really good idea of why they went or are going into business are able to clarify sooner than most.  Those who decide to start up a business just because they want extra money and or time are the ones who tend to take longer in this process. 

So many people decide to enter the business arena without clearly defining why, and this leads to all sorts of challenges.

Here are some questions to get your mind moving in the right direction.  

1. Why are you going into or did you go into business in the first place?

2. What is the purpose of your business, why does your business exist? 

3. What problem does your business solve? 

4. What will your exit strategy be? 

5. Do you want or need multiple locations? 

Once we have clearly defined all 5 elements we then construct them in a way that can be properly communicated to your entire team. 

COMMUNICATE...

Once we have clearly defined and created all 5 elements we ​are now ready to properly  communicate them to your entire team.

There are various ways that this can be done and an all hands on deck meeting is one of the most efficient and effective ways to begin the communication process. 

Although we hold an all hands on deck meeting, there will be an ongoing process of communicating all 5 elements because it is almost pointless to just mention it once and "hope" that you get the proper support from your entire team.

I have witnessed so many businesses attempt to communicate something of importance to their teams one time and only with one form of communication only later to experience frustration because not everyone understood the importance and benefits of the first initial meeting and form of communication and there will also be a certain amount of those who are skeptical and or might not even care. 

How do you "properly communicate" all 5 elements?

1. Decide who will deliver the information.

2. Discuss the communication game plane with your leadership team.

3. Pick the time and date that works best for your business.

4. Put your entire team on notice of the "All Hands on Deck" meeting. 

5. Provide snacks and refreshments prior.  This helps your entire team to relax and let some of their skeptical walls down.

6. Reign Creations will supply a Bose system to ensure that your entire team are able to hear every word.

7. The main objective is to share with your entire team the 5 elements that have been clearly defined and to let them know about the implementation process soon to follow and most importantly, sharing with them how they play a role in their process and the mutual and individual benefits.  

8. When the first initial meeting is over your entire team should leave that with a full understanding of why these changes are. taking affect and what to expect between now and when the implementation process begins.   

IMPLEMENT...

This is the fun part because we now begin to materialize all 5 components. 

During this phase Ricky T! will work very closely with you and your leadership team on and off location.

 

We will meet once a week to discuss the challenges, successes, adjustment that need to be made, and devise a game plan to keep moving the needle.  We repeat this process until each WIG has been addressed.

I work closely with you and your leadership on how to properly implement each phase primarily focusing on the delivery.  What I mean by that is, how we approach and communicate with your frontline.  

There are so many businesses that do not fully understand the importance and benefits of properly approaching, interacting, and communicating with your frontline team.  The implementation phase is definitely more than just telling people what needs to be done, large part because everyone is different in how they perceive, accept, communicate, and interact.  It's very similar to how and why the American school system falls short, becasue categorically they use only one way to approach, communicate, and interact with their students.  Everyone is different, this is a key distinction to know going into and throughout this phase. 

Celebrate with your entire team as each milestone or WIG are accomplished!  This is a key factor in the success of your implementation phase.
